Question #1What do I get when I purchase a Dealer Advantage solution?
Answer:You receive a websiite that uses the latest technological advancements of Sitemajic.  Also, your own secure area within the website allows you to see photos & prices of vehicles offered for wholesale by other Dealer Advantage members.

Question #2Does a Dealer Advantage representative come to my dealership to edit my information?
Answer:No.  This is just one advantage of Dealer Advantage.  Your SiteMajic website is self-administrable so that you can add and delete information, including photos, at anytime from any computer.  You don't have to wait for someone to do this for you.  This means, no extra charges for changing your content.


Question #3Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can list on my website?
Answer:There is no limit to the numer of vehicles in the Dealer Advantage system.  You can even change the listings to "Sold" status before removing them from the system.

Question #4What if I am having problems using my site?
Answer:Dealer Advantage offers a support team that is available to you at any time.  All technical support issues are resolved at no cost to you.
Any other support related questions are subject to our per-incident fee of $35.00.  We do encourage our customers to purchase a support contract that is less expensive and provides immediate response.

Question #5How many photos of each vehicle can I upload?
Answer:Each record allows you to upload as many as five (5) vehicle photos.

Question #6Are there any limitations to signing with Dealer Advantage?
Answer:Dealer Advantage is available to any licensed automobile dealer in Canada.  Whether your dealership is small or large, Dealer Advantage provides a perfect solution!
We will be launching our United States division shortly.

Question #7Is Dealer Advantage only for automobiles?
Answer:No.   We have a unique system for boat traders as well.

Question #8Do I have to sign a contract with Dealer Advantage?
Answer:No, you do not have to sign a contract with Dealer Advantage, however there is one month free hosting and licensing if you pay the fee on an annual basis.


Question #9Can the staff at Dealer Advantage help select a domain name?
Answer:Yes, check under the heading "Other Services."

Question #10How do I join the dealer network?
Answer:The network is automatically included with all Dealer Advantage websites.  You can network with any dealer that uses Dealer Advantage, and even opt out of dealing with a particular dealership.

Answer:Development of the Dealer Advantage solution began in 2003.  The material was released May , 2005.
